Healthy habits are more than just your body and finances. It’s about a healthy mind and spirit too. Continually seek ways to build your confidence that spark you from the INSIDE. External carrots that drive you will never create true and lasting confidence. That’s why you see people who you thought were confident, continually looking for re-validation from others. Not a judgement; it’s an observation.
What does create confidence? Trusting yourself, strengthening your intuition, understanding your core values and living them no matter what is trending or popular outside of you, who judges you for doing so, and what other people think/say about it.
Live YOUR life. Reading books and attending personal/spiritual growth workshops is not enough. To grow you must step into the experience of the knowledge you read or hear. I call that creating an Experiential Shift or Transformation.
True, authentic confidence has nothing to do with what others think of you, how much attention or accolades they give you. It has EVERYTHING to do with how you feel about yourself and how willing you are to live your core values while moving closer to your goals/dreams.
Don’t believe the lie that other people know you better than you know you. That is not possible. That only makes you dependent on them which strokes their ego. They are not bad people though. They simply do not know any other way – yet.
